Today, I am grateful for so many things. My health, family, friends, jobs, everything. I am grateful for the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. This should never be taken lightly. However, I can’t help but wonder..do we really stand united today? Of all days, do we really? So much of what we see in the media says otherwise. I am saddened to see how divided our nation has become. In honesty, it doesn’t have to be this way. We as a nation should not need a special day of the year to remind us of how important we are to one another. In the end, aren’t we all humans in search of the same things? Happiness, the American Dream, freedom. Happy 4th my friends. Be safe.
